All work carried out by Talcom is subject to a written or verbal agreement with the client, including telephone and email agreements. We work with clients who are 18 years of age or older.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from the use of software created for the client. The copyright of scripts, applications, or software developed by Talcom belongs to us, unless otherwise agreed. Clients are responsible for testing fully any applications or programming related to their site.

Billing Procedures

A deposit is required before any work begins, and the balance is due upon completion of the project. Failure to pay within 2 months from the invoice date may result in forfeiting rights to the services.

Protection of Rights

We fully support the protection of personality rights, privacy, property, and intellectual property. Upon receiving a request, we promptly remove content violating any rights.

Processing and Protection of Personal Data

All products, services, and software remain our property, and we retain full ownership rights and all intellectual property rights. You may not infringe upon or undermine our rights.
