We started small, building the core team first and scaled from there. Hired engineers were selected not just based on technical fit, but cultural as well, to ensure smooth integration and easier onboarding. The structure blended experienced seniors and junior talent, giving the team momentum and sustainability.
The post hiring process focused on integration, as the hires worked directly inside ServiceHouse. That meant frequent sessions face-to-face between Dutch and Serbian team to build cohesion and develop productive relationships.
